About Lisa Bremson Perry
Lisa Bremson Perry, Pianist
Lisa Bremson Perry is a classically trained pianist from Raleigh, North Carolina. She studied under the renowned Marilyn Herndon and developed a passion for composers like Beethoven, Bach, and Mozart. In addition to her classical roots, she has explored various music genres, including rock ‘n’ roll, throughout her career.
Lisa attended North Carolina State University and balanced her studies with performing in bands. She married John Perry in 1993, and together they homeschooled their son Tyler, who is now a professional artist in Colorado.
In 2001, Lisa became a musician at Windell Baptist Church, where she discovered her love for composing and producing choral music. Her involvement with the Clayton Piano Festival and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary further solidified her dedication to music education.
In 2017, Lisa began an online program at The Juilliard School Conservatory. After moving to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, she joined the Beach church worship band in 2019 and continued her musical pursuits, including solo performances and collaborations.
In October 2022, she opened Perry’s Music Studio in Surfside Beach, South Carolina, where she offers private lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, sharing her passion for music and education with the community.
